RGR NB MIATA "ULTRA" CHASSIS MOUNTED FRONT SPLITTER KIT

The RGR NB Miata "Ultra" Splitter Kit is the result of extensive research and development. Most splitters on the market fall into two categories: either they serve as cosmetic add-ons with minimal aerodynamic value, or they are track-focused, requiring compromises such as cutting, drilling, or modifying the vehicle.

The Ultra Splitter offers a balance between these extremes, providing genuine aerodynamic benefits in a fully bolt-on part that requires no cutting, drilling, or modifying. Both installation and removal are simple, leaving no marks on the vehicle.

This splitter boasts a lightweight aluminum construction with 4-way adjustability. The full kit weighs just 17.9 lbs, which is approximately 0.8% of the total weight of a 1999 Miata. The non-splitter components weigh only 3.9 lbs.

The Ultra Splitter stabilizes and smooths the airflow beneath the vehicle, reducing drag, improving high-speed stability, and adding a small but noticeable increase in downforce.

For the best results, pair this splitter with NB Spats. If the area against the splitter is not flat, it's recommended to use the Bumper/Splitter Seal to fill the gap between the bumper or lip and the splitter. This is especially important if the vehicle does not have a lip.
